1. Agreement Overview & Binding Terms

These terms govern the contractual relationship between motorgrowthcare.biz ("Company", "We", "Our") and the registered policyholder or service applicant ("Customer", "You"). Accessing our online portal, obtaining quotes, or purchasing a coverage plan constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

2. Coverage Scope & Limitations

All vehicle protection policies apply strictly to mechanical, electrical, and drive-system failures explicitly outlined in your policy contract. Pre-existing conditions, prior accident damage, normal cosmetic wear and tear, or defects identified during mandatory physical/digital inspections are expressly excluded from coverage.

3. Vehicle Eligibility & Inspection Mandate

Coverage plans are valid for eligible private passenger cars, commercial fleet vehicles, and EV/hybrid vehicles meeting age and mileage criteria. Policy activation requires successful completion of a digital or physical inspection. Any fraudulent misrepresentation of vehicle condition, altered odometers, or unapproved mechanical modifications will render the policy null and void.

4. Claims Authorization & Network Garages

All repair requests must be initiated and pre-approved through our official helpline or claims portal prior to work commencement. Repairs performed at non-certified facilities or without prior digital authorization will not qualify for direct cashless settlement or reimbursement.

5. Payment, Renewal, and Cancellations

Policy premiums are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) via approved digital payment channels. Policyholders may request policy cancellation within 30 days of initiation for a prorated refund, provided no claims have been filed during the active term.

6. Policy Transferability

Active coverage plans may be transferred to a new vehicle owner upon sale of the vehicle, provided the company is notified in writing within 15 days of the transfer of ownership along with the prescribed administrative fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

motorgrowthcare.biz shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of time, car rental expenses beyond policy limits, or commercial income losses resulting from vehicle downtime.
